The boarding house is organically integrated into the surrounding landscape with a unique, picturesque view of the sea, mountains and the ancient Genoese fortress. The entire territory of 9.7 hectares is a well-groomed shady park with local and exotic plants, a rose garden and sculptural decorations. The boarding house accommodates more than 600 vacationers at a time. The boarding house has all the conditions for a relaxing and active holiday. We vacationed in August 2017 with my husband. It took us a long time to choose, we wanted to have our own beach, beautiful area and convenient location. I can't say that we were delighted. Not bad, but there is some work to be done. Yes, it’s very beautiful there, mountains all around, silence (the hotel is not in the city itself, but a little on the outskirts, but very close, you could easily walk to civilization on foot), almost on the territory there is an archaeological site - the Genoese fortress. But the first minus is what everyone writes about -This is catering - there really is a problem. When we were there, it seems to me that the hotel was 70 percent occupied, and there were queues; it’s hard to imagine what would happen if the boarding house was fully loaded. You don’t go on vacation to stand in line with a tray. The food is very simple, cafeteria style, quite monotonous. Fruits - a little for dinner and not always, sweets - only casseroles for dinner. Yes, we weren’t hungry, and there wasn’t anything that wasn’t tasty, but we wanted better. The second minus is the relationship with the tour operator. We bought a tour from Biblio Globus. Dear staff of the boarding house - if you think that you can manage without them, do not work there. When the transfer guide brought us to our accommodation, the administrators barked at her for dictating the hotel guide’s phone number to us. To put it mildly, I was shocked. All meetings with the hotel guide are on a bench in the heat, apparently so as not to irritate the administrators. Sightseeing buses are not allowed into the territory - you have to go to the main entrance. But the last straw was leaving. The staff of the boarding house themselves told us the time of the return transfer. But the bus was again not allowed into the territory. I had to drag my suitcases to the main entrance at 3 am. Do you really think that this makes you look good in the eyes of vacationers? The room is not bad, although small and the plumbing is shabby, I was pleased with the floor air conditioner. Garbage was taken out every day, cleaning seemed to be every 3 days, linen was changed once in 12 days. Nobody keeps track of the availability of, excuse me, toilet paper - I had to go ask every time. A deposit was made for a beach towel, but they were only able to receive it after 3 days - because there were none. The beach is quite small, at times there were quite a crowd of people. The sunbeds were wooden, broken in places and with nails sticking out, and there was no way to hide from the sun; there were no umbrellas. Teenagers were always diving from the upper parts of the solariums, and it didn’t seem like they were among the vacationers - no one stopped this, although it was very unsafe. There were a lot of jellyfish, but then we began to notice that in the mornings they were not there, maybe they were caught somehow, thanks for that. In general, think for yourself. Overall, not bad. But, I didn’t want to compare with Europe and was prepared in advance that everything was different in Crimea, but unfortunately I note that the service is really still lame. There is still room for improvement. But overall we had a positive attitude towards our holiday)))…

The territory of the boarding house "Crimean Spring" is located in the southeast of the Crimean Peninsula, in the Sudak Valley, near the Genoese fortress. The boarding house occupies about 10 hectares of land, reminiscent of a beautiful botanical garden in which exotic plants and plants of these latitudes grow. This is not just a garden in which you can breathe and relax beautifully. This is also an area where our guests can not only walk along the alleys covered with the shadow of branchy trees, but also admire the statues. When you get tired, you can relax on the cozy benches.

We have two modern swimming pools and sports grounds. The billiard room is well equipped. Those who want a relaxing holiday can visit the steam room and sauna. Our restaurant, located on the territory of the Crimean Spring boarding house, has excellent cuisine, polite staff, and service at the highest level. There is a parking lot. For a reasonable fee, your car will be under reliable protection.

Studio room is one-room. The room is divided into several zones. The relaxation area is equipped with a soft corner. The sleeping area is equipped with a wide double bed. The kitchen contains all the necessary electrical appliances for cooking. The bathroom is combined. There is a washing machine. Sauna. The spacious balcony has wicker furniture.

The “Duplex Apartment” room is two-story. The first floor includes a recreation room with a bar counter and a billiard room. The room has access to the terrace. On the second floor there is a living room with a sitting area and a bedroom with a large double bed. The second floor balcony has wicker furniture. The bathroom is combined with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances. Sauna. For maximum convenience of vacationers, a washing machine is installed.

The Suite room has three floors. A recreation room, billiards and a swimming pool filled with fresh water are located on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a living room with access to the terrace. The room is equipped with a bar counter, a large dining table made of natural wood, a kitchen with electrical appliances and utensils. The room has a cinema and in combination with a soft corner, you will get a cozy area for watching various programs. The room has a sitting area and a cinema. The bathroom is combined (shower stall, Charcot shower, bidet). On the third floor there are two bedrooms with double beds made of natural wood, dressing rooms and a bathroom.

Vacationers who come on vacation with children can always use the children's room. If your trip is for 14 days, then you are entitled to 2 baths, 3 massages, daily herbal tea, aqua aerobics, inhalation as prescribed by a doctor.
When purchasing a 21-day voucher, the number of procedures is doubled (4 baths, 6 massages, daily herbal tea, aqua aerobics).

The territory of the boarding house "Crimean Spring" is adjacent to the sea. Just 300-400 meters - and you are on a pebble beach with comfortable sun loungers. A variety of beach equipment can be rented at the rental office. You can diversify your holiday with trips on stable catamarans, fast boats, agile scooters and rowing boats. If you get hungry, you can go to a cafe located on the beach. A first aid station is always open on the beach. The beach is under constant guard.

The boarding house can host meetings, gatherings and consultations. The conference hall accommodates 105 participants. Modern equipment (fax, copier, computer, video projector) is provided to meeting participants.
