The base airline is Volotea. There are taxis, buses and water transport to the city. ATVO buses go from the airport to Piazella Roma, the journey time is half an hour, the ticket costs 7 euros, the interval between flights is fifteen minutes. Tickets for ACTV buses (others) are sold only at newsstands, and they will also take you to the city. If you decide to take a taxi to the main square of Venice, you will be charged about 30 euros, and if you have large luggage, they will ask for an additional fee. The Alilaguna motorboats depart every half hour and take about an hour to reach their final destination; the fare costs 6 euros.

Milan

There are three airports here. The largest is called Malpensa, and it is located 45 kilometers from the city center. There are two terminals (a bus runs between them): the first is intended for regular domestic and Schengen flights, and charter flights are served by the second. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops on the territory of the air harbor. The airport cooperates with AlbaStar, Alitalia, Neos, Alitalia Express airlines. Express trains depart regularly from the first terminal to the city at intervals of half an hour; in 40 minutes the train reaches the station in the center of Milan; a ticket costs 10 euros. Buses also go to Milan Central Bus Station, the fare is similar, but it will take 20 minutes longer.

From Malpensa you can take a bus to Linate Airport for 13 euros.


You can also get to the Bergamo airport using the Orio Shuttle route, the journey will take an hour and a half, and the fare will be about twenty euros. If you decide to take a taxi, be prepared to spend 100 euros.

Airports of Sicily

There are two airports on the island: Palermo and Catania.

The first is located 35 kilometers from the city of Palermo, in the town of Punta Raisi. The base companies are Volotea, Meridiana, Blu-express, AirOne.     If the weight of luggage exceeds the standards established by the airline (most often 20-23 kg), you need to pay for each kilogram of excess. In addition, many Russian and foreign airlines, as well as low-cost airlines, have tariffs that do not include free baggage allowance and must be paid separately as an additional service.
