This beer is often named after an abbey or some saint. In terms of taste, the list includes classics with a wheat aroma and thick foam, and gastronomic samples with a rich aroma, for example, with notes of anise, licorice and roasted malt. We also collected a collection of Trappist ales - also brewed in monasteries, but belonging to a specific order. Such beer is especially highly valued: usually Trappist abbeys exist for several centuries, they brew only a couple of types of beer and do not change the recipe all this time.
