How much is the fine for lighting fires in the wrong place?
Lighting a fire and using barbecues in all forested areas of Moscow, with the exception of specially designated areas, is prohibited. Violators face a fine of 3 to 5 thousand rubles.
Even if barbecue cooking is permitted, this does not mean that nearby trees can be used for firewood - only coal is allowed to be used as fuel, and for illegal cutting there is a fine of 5 to 200 thousand rubles.
In addition, you need to remember that the park is a public place, so you can’t drink alcohol here - a bottle of beer can cost 300 rubles, and for an addiction to stronger alcohol you will have to pay the state up to 700 rubles. In Moscow parks, forest parks and nature reserves there are about 300 picnic points with tables, benches, and in some places with stationary barbecues. Their complete list can be found on the website of the Department of Natural Resources. Grilling kebab with your own barbecue outside these zones is prohibited.
At equipped sites, you must adhere to a few simple rules. You can fry meat here only on coals, without lighting an open fire, much less a fire. The height of the barbecue should be at least 30 centimeters so as not to damage the roots of the plants. Bitsevsky Forest There are three places where you can make barbecue in the Bitsevsky Forest. They are located at the intersection of Golubinskaya and Inessa Armand streets.
