We vacationed in Mokrousova in August 2017 with a 2.5-year-old child and retired grandmothers, everyone liked it! Price-quality ratio. We lived in the naval building and in the central one, this year we are going to a cottage with amenities. The territory is very large, it is still being put in order. The pool is good, with a children's area, shower and toilet, there are sunshades, and there are plenty of sun loungers. A huge and new children's playground for all ages, animation, a children's room where master classes are held. 2 Canteens - for those who live in houses and for those who live in buildings. Our dining room was not large, and the buffet was just beginning to function in test mode, but the food was delicious and varied. The only thing is that it all ended quickly, because... there were a lot of people, we didn’t have time to take out food. We lived in the MARINE building, there were excellent new SPACIOUS rooms overlooking the sea, they gave us a crib for a child for free. One cleaning lady (young) cleaned very well, she was smart, and the second could barely hold a rag, she told about her whole life in 5 minutes and complained about her back, she said make the beds yourself)))))))))) wow, our grandmothers lived in the central building, the furniture there is Soviet, but they didn’t care where to sleep))) air conditioning and a refrigerator are available everywhere except the houses. There is a gym. The beach is sand, sun loungers and umbrellas are paid, because the beach does not belong to TOK, entry and exit require bracelets. There is a cafe on the beach, there is dancing all night, sometimes they interfere with sleep, but not critical; On the territory of TOK there is a store with everything you need. But if anything, on the side of TOK you can go to the embankment (3 min walk), there are shops, cafes, entertainment, excursions, etc. In general, an excellent complex for the money, we will go again this year, this time with two kids

Maxim – Voronezh

Our family two-week fabulous vacation is coming to an end. This is the best place in terms of price-quality ratio. Accommodation is 200 rubles per day, there is no such thing anywhere! Cleanliness, wet cleaning daily. A TV and a refrigerator provide great everyday living. The staff is responsive and professional. The food is sanatorium, 900 rubles per day, varied, huge portions and very, very tasty. The presence of a free swimming pool complements a beach holiday, especially in windy weather. The children's town is equipped with modern complexes for different ages and there is even one for wheelchair users; the whole town is lined with rubber tiles. The children never hurt themselves. Compared to the Krasnodar Territory, it’s simply a fairy tale. We are planning to host the next season on Mokrousov TV. We really hope that the prices will be just as affordable.

My husband and I visited the Mokrousov TOK this summer (14 days in August 2010). The rooms in the building are quite decent (of course not a fountain, but there is everything you need). I wouldn’t risk living in houses with a hot shower in the yard. The food is tolerable and there is an alternative. I really liked Sevastopol (it’s not far away). In my opinion, this is the best city in Crimea! Be sure to go on a tour. And I don’t recommend leaving money in the room - thefts from careless vacationers happen. And it’s a very cool holiday. Very close to the sea, a beautiful sandy beach. What else is needed for happiness? Moreover, for such money everything is super!!!
