Wobbler for trout in the fall on the paysite. How to catch trout on paid reservoirs.

Trout fishing is an incredibly exciting activity that brings together many fishermen around the world. A significant advantage of trout fishing is considered to be a successful bite at any time of the year and an exciting process of playing prey. Paid reservoirs have become the most popular place for fishing for trout.

Features of fishing on paid reservoirs

Usually, the method of fishing does not have any special differences from catching on ordinary reservoirs. However, on paysites, anglers noted the effectiveness of wobblers and spinners, as well as a large number of trophies caught on them. As a fishing technique, an ordinary bait game is used.

Having thrown the bait into the water surface, you need to pull it up, slightly shaking it from side to side. If desired, you can pull the fishing line forward without swinging, but it is worth changing the speed of movement. If a current is observed on the reservoir, then the bait simply descends through the water, and the fishing line is maintained in a taut state.

In the absence of bites for 15-30 minutes, it is necessary to try to make more frequent casts, as the trout shows interest in the process of falling prey, which will undoubtedly increase the chance of a bite. In addition, when assembling gear, it should be borne in mind that fish prefer long leashes.

When choosing a fishing place in the summer months, it is worth remembering that trout chooses cool areas of the reservoir. At other times of the year, you can try to cast bait in different places.

The main advantages of paid reservoirs are:

  • Opportunity to travel to the nearest body of water to the place of residence.
  • A large number of trophy specimens that are difficult to find in free reservoirs.
  • There is a more active biting on paysites than on public rivers and lakes.
  • A large number of catchy places for fishing, as the bottom of the reservoirs usually has a convenient relief.

Trout leads an active lifestyle and constantly moves around the reservoir, occasionally floating to the surface in order to warm up in the sun or in search of food (fallen bugs).

The most catchy places can be:

  • with holes;
  • near bridges;
  • in areas of the reservoir with a large concentration of anglers - the fish approaches the noise of bursts emanating from the thrown baits.

Tackle for fishing

An increased level of fish activity does not mean at all that a primitive rod without all sorts of features is required for successful fishing.

To choose the most catchy gear, you should take into account the advice of experts when choosing:

  • rod- it is advisable to purchase a spinning rod of increased elasticity, which will help to contain the strong resistance of the fish and jerks when playing. In addition, spinning should not be weighty, so it is more expedient to choose from the ultralight class. The length of the tackle should be about 2.2 m (maximum 2.5 m), and the test should not exceed 15 g. Fishing experts advise purchasing Deiko and Pontoon-21 spinning rods.
  • Coil- the most popular Shimano mechanism with a spool size of 1500-2000. The location of the clutch is preferably front. When selecting, it is worth making sure that the line is tightly laid in the line layer.
  • fishing line- a monofilament type with a diameter of about 0.20 mm is suitable. A small thickness will not frighten away the fish, but at the same time it will perfectly cope with the damping of jerks when playing. Braid is rarely used when fishing for trout, as the fish perfectly sees it in the water surface and behaves wary.
  • Swivel and carabiner- help you quickly and easily change baits.
  • Hooks- with a sharp sting.

Lures

Trout bite well at any time of the year. In winter, anglers use as bait:

  • Mormyshkas and spinners small size.
  • Rubber (edible).
  • Nymphs of soft species, made in the form of crayfish with paws, tentacles. Such a bait, falling into the water, actively moves its paws, which makes it look like a real cancer. The surface of the product is treated with aromatic oils that imitate the smell of the usual fish food base. Nymphs are sold in a variety of shades, which makes it possible to choose the most suitable color of the bait for a particular occasion and certain weather conditions.

The bait intended for winter fishing is served by various methods. The most popular is the classic way of slowly lifting the mormyshka. An equally effective method of smoothly lowering the bait.

In the warm season are actively used:

  • trout paste;
  • boiled shrimp (in no case should you add spices when cooking);
  • bloodworm;
  • worm and maggot (attracts small fish);
  • salmon caviar - far from a cheap product, trout fell in love with it, usually large individuals go for such a bait.

Features of fishing

The trout bites quite sharply and aggressively attacks the bait immediately without hesitation. When fishing on a balancer, the blows are applied from below, which throws the bait up. At the same time, the fish tries to capture the fish completely, clinging to both doubles at the same time.

Such a bite obliges to immediately carry out hooking. However, hesitant bites can occur, which will only slightly bend the nod. At the same time, the fishing rod will not transmit accurate information, therefore, in order to avoid bugging the catch, you should wait for the moment when the strength of the jerks becomes more convincing and only then perform hooking.

Trout fishing is the most exciting part of fishing, especially for large specimens that smartly defend their freedom. In order not to miss the desired prey when playing, it is worth keeping the line in tension and confidently pulling the fish up at the same time.

When fishing in winter, you should not lose vigilance when trout approach the extreme part of the hole. Special care should be taken so that the catch does not rub the monofilament on the sharp ice edges. In addition, you should not pull the fishing line to bring the fish directly onto the ice.

It is recommended to wait until the fish head appears at the hole and press it against the wall with your hand, then quickly push it up to the ice surface. The whole process is carried out quickly, since the flock, having seen the caught fish, will definitely leave the parking lot.

No less successful fishing in the winter on mormyshka. In good weather, black tones of the bait are used, and on cloudy days - yellow and white. Drop-shaped mormyshkas and "ants" are considered the most catchy.

They are conveniently held with fingers at the moments of baiting bloodworms and are easily removed from the mouth of the fish.

If the trout is in search of food at a shallow depth, then a quick game with stops and slight descents should be used. Shrimp pulp (boiled) can be used as nozzles. It should be baited by the extreme part of the hook, which will make it possible to carry out enticing vibrations in the water surface.

To get the trout interested faster, you should use pieces of shrimp with loose fibers, which will become the source of a strong smell. If the interval between bites exceeds 30 minutes, then it is recommended to change the shrimp pulp as often as possible, since the aroma, which remains for a long period of time in the aquatic environment, gradually disappears.

When using bait in the warm season, anglers constantly throw up the bait lowered to the bottom surface with a rod and maintain a short pause (about 20 seconds). After several postings, the bait rises by 0.5-0.6 m and the game is repeated again.

Despite the activity of the trout, it is sometimes characterized by a sluggish mood. Usually, the decline of the bite occurs in changeable weather, when cloudiness and windiness are quickly replaced by clear skies and calm. In this case, fishing can be saved only by a slow game of bait with the presence of low amplitudes of oscillations that occur in the bottom layers of the reservoir.

In unstable weather conditions, fish may show interest in bunches of bloodworm strung on a hook. Fishing should be carried out after periodically thrown into the fished area of crushed food, which forms a small turbidity, enticing fish from afar.

  • In winter, you can catch trout on any amateur tackle. As bait in the cold season, you can use large bloodworms, large maggots, feed pellets in combination with oatmeal, trout dough and, of course, thawed shrimp meat (peeled).
  • When using float gear, adjust it so that the bait is located at a distance of 25 cm from the bottom surface. It is at this distance that the trout notices prey faster, which will not make you wait long for an attack. In this case, it is necessary to select the mass of the float and lead shot (located above the leashes) to ensure that the nozzle slowly sinks to the bottom surface. This movement is very attractive to trout. In clear water, the float going to the depth is very noticeable, and the bite is visible by jerks to the sides or a sharp movement.
  • It is very important to periodically toss the bait mixture from above into the area of the reservoir selected for catching. Compound feed should be crumbled beforehand, so that when immersed in a reservoir, turbidity forms.
  • If the compound feed available is released in large lumps, then fishing can be done from the bottom surface. In this situation, it is advisable to use a small sinker resembling the shape of an olive and place a small swivel and hook on a short leash below.

Autumn fly fishing on the pond

Late autumn is a difficult time in spinning fishing. Few manage to catch the autumn zhor of a predator. In most reservoirs, there is a pre-winter discharge of water, and the fish go to deep places. Therefore, having successfully caught, say, a pike, in a day or two in the same place you can not see a single bite. In addition, the weather is very unstable, which also reduces the angler's chances.

Winter is closer - bite is better

The only fish whose bite only improves with the approach of winter. This is a trout. The fish is interesting in all respects: beautiful, strong, fast, but you can’t even talk about culinary virtues. But in the middle lane, trout is almost never found in the wild, not to mention the fact that it is listed in the Red Book. Therefore, the only way to fish for trout is to go to one of the payers, of which there are now many not only near Moscow, but also around other cities. Almost all anglers who come for trout on the paysites prefer to fish with spinning and very few - with fly fishing. However, if we compare the catches, it becomes clear that fly fishing flies very often leave behind both spinners and even the most expensive wobblers. “What is the matter? After all, trout is a predator! - some spinningists are surprised. But the fact is that trout feeds not only on fry. Under natural conditions, it also feeds on insects, worms, larvae - in general, all living creatures of a suitable size that it finds in a reservoir. Moreover, depending on the circumstances, her diet can change very much. This is exactly what happens after the fish are released into the pond. Once in a new reservoir, the trout begins to master it and at the same time actively feeds. At the same time, it “starts” the previously released trout, and the bite of the “old-timers” is sharply activated. At this moment, all trout are caught on almost any bait, both spinning and fly fishing. But after a few days, the fish of the last launch is mastered and the bite drops sharply. The trout does not stop eating, but passes mainly to its natural food - various insect larvae.

Another reason why spinning lures are less effective is that they tend to require fairly aggressive hauling to scare calm trout away. And if the trout, in addition, pricked on hooks, it begins to be very wary of the bait. It has been noticed that trout in general very quickly “gets used” to baits and stops responding to them, so many spinningists try to use all kinds of novelties. However, the trout that has settled in the pond is very careful about everything new. But fly fishing flies, which accurately imitate the natural food of a trout, do not cause fear in it, regardless of the time the fish has been in the reservoir, whether it has had time to get used to it or not.

Location selection

On the pond, it is advisable from the very beginning to try to determine where the trout is located. Soon after the launch, a new fish can be at any point in the reservoir, but, having become accustomed, it strays into small flocks, formed, as a rule, by individuals of the same size. And only the largest keep alone. The trout that has settled in the reservoir is distributed unevenly, concentrating at certain points and laying “paths” along which it moves in search of food. It has been noted that trout primarily occupies the corners of the reservoir, if they, of course, exist. Very often, a trout that has settled in a pond can be anywhere in the morning, walk along the coast and in shallow water, and in the afternoon move to the middle, where it actively splashes. Most likely, moving away from the shore is a defensive behavior in response to anxiety from anglers. Seeing how a large trout jumps out in the middle of the reservoir, many spinningists, using the maximum cast, try to get it there. But usually the fish does not take. The reason is that trout jumping noisily in the middle of the pond are just playing, not feeding. And there is practically no food for her in the middle of the reservoir in autumn. But not all fish gather there. Most of it is kept in the coastal zone, not showing itself in any way. Large trout, fully accustomed to the reservoir, practically ceases to appear on the surface. It occupies the most convenient places and drives all competitors from there. The choice of parking place, at first glance, is more typical for pike, but in this respect the tastes of these fish are the same. Often both predators stand side by side, but it is the pike that often takes the lure passing by. By the way, in the wild, for example, in small northern rivers, in one small backwater, a kilogram pike and trout of almost the same weight often get along.

Tackle and bait

For trout fishing, it is desirable to use fairly stiff rods designed for “shooting head” lines, which allow you to achieve a greater casting distance. Fly fishing gear does not initially involve catching fish for harvesting, so the choice of rod power depends mainly on the angler's habit and the pleasure that he wants to get. Most often, tackle of the 5th-6th class is used, but there are lovers of using the 4th class, and then when a specimen from 1.5 kg bites, a very emotional haul begins at the limit of the tackle. The choice of line, undergrowth and fly depends mainly on the conditions of fishing in a particular reservoir. In sunny weather, even in late autumn, trout can rise to the very surface to warm themselves, and at the same time they actively feed. At this point, it is worth trying to catch wet flies with floating undergrowth. These baits, slowly descending, work in the surface layer. It is difficult to say in advance which flies will be catchy. I usually start fishing with medium emergers tied on #10-12 hooks. If the trout doesn't take them, I switch to the Wooly Bugger or microstreamers. If the day is overcast and no splashes or other traces of trout activity are visible on the surface, then it is clearly either in the middle layers of the water or near the bottom. Then you need to switch to flies tied on heavier hooks, or, say, to the same Wooly Bugger, but with loading. Using sinking undergrowth, you can also deliver an ordinary fly to the horizon where the trout is feeding at the moment. During the day, this horizon may change several times, which will require, accordingly, the replacement of the undergrowth. There are simply no general rules for choosing baits for trout fishing: this fish is too unpredictable. Nevertheless, most often large trout prefer voluminous flies, but since it is always smaller than smaller fish, bites occur much less frequently. Very often, the size and color of the bait affect the bite of a trout. It is noticed that black flies are well caught on many reservoirs. Perhaps this is due to the color of the bottom. On some ponds, a single color works throughout the autumn, while on others it must be selected anew each time. As a result, for every fishing trip you have to take the entire arsenal of lures. The only thing that can be said with a fair degree of certainty is that streamers almost always work in autumn and very rarely dry flies.

Often, the rate of posting has a great influence on the biting of trout. If the activity of the fish is low, then the flies should be driven as slowly as possible. As in spinning, the retrieve can be even or jerky, and often a change in the nature of the ride of the same bait changes the picture of the bite. Fly fishing for trout is a very interesting and spectacular activity. When fighting, she often performs a cascade of candles, and the fight with a fish of 5-6 kilograms gives the angler great pleasure. Trout fishing on paysites is a good training that allows you not only to hone your technique, but also to test your new flies in working conditions. Many anglers are skeptical about payers, but fly fishers, no doubt, they only bring benefits.

Trout is known for its tasty and “precious” meat, for which not only experienced anglers, but also beginners aspire to try their luck and learn how to catch trout at any time of the year.

To catch trout, not only spinning rods are used, but also float / bottom gear. We recommend that you look at special fishing pastes as bait. This is the trend of 2020. Fishing often takes place on the reservoirs, where even gear can be rented. And they will give you pasta, but we will recommend a homemade recipe that definitely deserves attention.

What is a paste?

The structure of this paste includes various additives that have a bright color and aroma. The paste is available in small jars. In its consistency, it is closest to plasticine, so you can make a nozzle of any shape from it. Pasta is available in many fishing shops, and its price is quite democratic, so every fisherman has a choice - to make pasta on his own or try the options already available from different suppliers.

How to catch

Trout loves small fish, frogs, and roach. Lake fish are often territorially tied to their habitat, when the trout finds food, it will drive away anyone who tries to get too close. She will choose a better position and will hunt trying to catch insects with her mouth, as well as small cancers and various larvae that will be nearby in the water column. At the beginning of the year, even lake fish will never give up fry and various small things. But for fishermen, there is nothing easier and easier to catch trout than pasta.

Watch a video from a pro to learn how to fish more correctly.

Paste of bright colors with a very pungent odor, therefore it is excellent at attracting trout. It is trout that prefers the smell of fish, caviar, cheese and garlic smell. It is best if the paste is with sparkles.

There are two types of bait - floating and sinking bait. Most often, trout are fished for floating bait, but in some cases, the fish lies at a depth and then a sinking bait is needed. But it is not necessary to purchase each type. A sinker can be added to a floating bait, which will lower it to the bottom, it can be a lead ball or a piece of sinker. Sinking bait can be lifted into the upper and middle layers using foam balls.

For catching this fish on pasta, no specialized gear is required, such fishing rods are perfect:

  • bottom
  • float
  • bombard

Donnaya makes it possible to cast the bait farther away and catch trout at the bottom level. This rod has:

  • rod up to 3 meters with a reel;
  • nylon fishing line 0.26 - 0.28 mm is enough 150 m;
  • quick-detachable sinker;
  • leash 1-1.2 meters from fishing line 0.20;
  • hooks number 10 and 12;

For such a rod, both sinking and floating paste can be used, but preferably sinking.

See photos of rigs for bottom and other types of pasta fishing.

float rod should have the following set:

  • rod about 4 meters;
  • nylon leash up to 0.6 meters;
  • coil;
  • hooks number 10;
  • fishing line 0.25 mm long 100 meters.

This rod is characterized by floating paste.

Installations, both for the bottom and for the float gear, are as simple as possible. Serial connection of elements.

Bombarde the brass or lead sinker, which is inside, is characteristic. The bombard should be transparent and less visible in the water. With it, it is desirable to do slow wiring with short pauses, so the bite will be better.

Putting Pasta on the Hook

It is very convenient to use trout paste, especially since these skills will be improved in practice.

  • First, pinch off a small piece from the total mass and roll it in the palm of your hand until a pea-sized ball is formed.
  • Then we immerse the hook so that it is completely hidden, otherwise natural instincts can play in the fish, and it will be careful.
  • After that, we give the paste an oval shape or leave it in the shape of a pea.

Another important and necessary device is a special mold, which is needed to give the bait the desired shape, it can also be purchased at the store.

cheese recipe

Cheese paste has shown tremendous results in trout fishing. Let's figure out how to cook it yourself.

Trout pasta recipe from our editors:

  1. We take the required number of eggs, depending on the amount of pasta you want to get, drive them into a bowl of milk and do everything as when making an omelet.
  2. Mix everything thoroughly and pour into a frying pan without oil.
  3. Knead everything until the complete evaporation of all excess liquid.
  4. Next, we need trout feed, you can buy it at any zoological market.
  5. You also need to add cyclops and daphnia - a few glasses are enough.
  6. Grind all this into powder and add to the previously obtained omelette.
  7. The main part of the food for trout is any cheese with a strong smell, add it to the resulting mixture.
  8. It is also advisable to add herring or sprat, after grinding it in a meat grinder.
  9. And, the last ingredient will be canned corn, it also needs to be ground in a meat grinder, and the resulting juice added to the mixture.
  10. We mix everything thoroughly and the cheese paste prepared by our own hands is ready.

seasonal fishing

Trout are extremely cautious at any time of the year, and it takes effort to outwit them.

When warm water begins to be added to the reservoirs, the trout will begin to behave more actively. The season for catching trout can be opened in March, because the spawning of the fish begins in the autumn. But still, you can’t expect big catches, although the ground is still frozen, and the water is quite clear. In the spring, it is better to try to catch trout in the places where it wintered, these are holes, inside of which there may be food for trout. But when the water level becomes higher and the water becomes cloudy, it is rather difficult to find trout.

Now consider the capture of trout specifically by season.

in winter fishermen need to be quieter than usual, because at low temperatures, fish digestion slows down significantly and trout eat much less than usual. In winter, it is best that the bait is not only with a pronounced smell, but also with sparkles, so there is much more chance that the fish will notice the bait. Where ice is present, it is best to always fish from a new hole. And in areas where the climate is warmer, trout can be caught in all seasons. At the end of winter, when the ice melts, the fish become more active, but the bite is still not very good.

Spring. With the onset of the spring thaw, the trout begins to move faster, but is not in a hurry to move away from the place where it wintered. Trout is found where the current is weak, and that is where its food lives - small fish and frogs. At a time when the water becomes clearer, and the snow completely melts, the trout is active in biting. But to the shore, she begins to swim in the middle of spring, when insects appeared. This will be the ideal time for pasta, because the fish are full and if they want to chase something, then only for a good fragrant piece of cheese paste.

In summer Trout fishing is suitable for those fishermen for whom fishing is more a process of pleasure than a result. Since the trout is far from the surface of the water and the coast, because it tries to hide from the heat all the time, and hunts more at night. The only option would be to fish for trout in the early morning when they are full but not yet at the bottom. Then it is better to go fishing with plug and fly rods, but you must be very careful so that the trout are not scared. For the same reason, it is better not to use boats.

autumn fishing is the best. The fish starts spawning and begins to behave very aggressively, and it will not be difficult to catch it either at depth or at a distance from the coast. Trout rushes to any bait and gains its weight. Trout paste is the best for autumn fishing, trout will not hesitate to swallow a piece of paste that smells very appetizing. Do not forget that there is a high risk of damage and spawn, so it is better not to enter the water.

Where does trout live

The main strategy for catching trout is to find a good place to fish. Unfortunately, knowing all the waters in which trout lives more is not yet a guarantee of successful fishing. To achieve the result, it is important to know the exact data, those that you can only find out on your own, trying to fish in different places of the reservoirs. It is also useful to ask around experienced anglers who are well acquainted with the area.

Basically, the fish lives in large reservoirs, lakes and rivers, or rather in whirlpools, rapids, under places close to bridges. In mountain and forest rivers and streams, it is found in whirlpools. When danger is detected, it can swim under the roots of trees and under large stones. Basically it is a cold-loving species of fish, and most often chooses very cold springs and depths.

A lot of trout lives in Norway, where specialized fishing and tourism centers have been created that specialize specifically in trout. The United States is famous for sport fishing, in which the main object is trout. In countries where a huge number of mountain rivers predominate, trout occupies one of the leading places. Trout is found in the Onega and Ladoga lakes, where the water is cold and clear. Brook trout is found in a large number of mountain and forest streams, where the water is most enriched with oxygen. There are also river trout in the Crimea and the Caucasus. Trout weighing 300-500 grams is more common, but it can also weigh 1-2 kg.

The secret of catchy paste

Some anglers believe that the effectiveness of the paste is not so great, but most often this is due to improper use of it. There are some subtleties when fishing for trout:

  • In no case should the paste be frozen, and in winter it is best to keep it near the body, otherwise it may lose half of its qualities in the cold.
  • So that the trout paste does not disintegrate during the cast and upon contact with the surface of the water, it must first be pressed down well with your fingers.
  • The chances of a successful catch increase equally in proportion to the amount of bait (the more, the better, of course). Trout can eat a second third of their weight in food, so in this case it is better not to save.

At the end of autumn, right before the freeze-up, I decided to go to the pay site for trout.

The reason for this was: I wanted to check how the use of a fishing line would affect instead of a thin braid, which I used to catch before, and also to try out new lures.

My tackle: Team Salmo Powder TSPO 1-602M with dough from 1.5 to 6g. and an Elite Micro reel equipped with Grand Raider 0.18mm Japanese line.

This is the first time I have used such a small diameter monkfish for catching large trout.

Spinning Powder is specially designed for trout fishing, it has a medium action, it “knits” the fish well, that is, it smoothly extinguishes all its jerks, constantly controlling the tension of the line. Because of this, the trout on the hook behaves more calmly, and with the right play, it almost never breaks off the hook.

The Elite Micro reel harmoniously fits the spinning, weighs only 200g, thus providing the spinning with an optimal balance. The spool holds 100m of 0.18mm line, which is what you need for catching cautious and lively fish. The reel has a smooth adjustment of the friction clutch, which is extremely important in such fishing.

In the morning I started fishing with Lucky John microcales.

I have two models in my arsenal: AYU and IMA. The first is similar to a concave droplet weighing 1.8, 2.4 and 3.5g, the second is like a rhombus, but a little lighter - 1.5, 1.8 and 2.1g. All of them are equipped with winding rings and light quality Japanese single hooks. Seeing a single hook, and even without a barb, most anglers will say that a tee is better. But, it's not! A single hook is always lighter than a triple hook - which does not impair the game of the lure. And the lack of a beard should not bother you. Oddly enough, their effectiveness is always higher than that of tees, since, believe me, there are an order of magnitude fewer gatherings. All this, of course, takes place with proper fighting and balance of tackle. If you pull the fish through with force, it will begin to jump in response and resist even more strongly, the hook will straighten up and the fish will definitely come off.

So, as soon as it dawned a little, the trout began to peck. Some of the anglers have already managed to distinguish themselves. The main thing here is to find the fishing horizon and choose the optimal color for the bait. I started with IMA 2.1g orange-greenish. You should always start fishing with bright colors, gradually moving to calmer and more natural ones. The most active fish are caught first, then the calmer ones. With this approach, you will always catch more.

Wiring must be done uniformly, conducting it in different horizons of water. To do this, after splashing down the spinner, on the account we lower it to the required depth. It is very important at the end of the cast to slow down the fishing line - the hook, when deepening the spinner, will not lie on her body, but remains hanging behind the spinner. Therefore, if a bite occurs during a free fall of the spinner to the bottom, it is always easier to realize it. It is necessary to spin the reel as slowly as possible, so that the game of the spinner is on the verge of failure. This is approximately one revolution of the coil in 2 seconds.

And here is the first bite! The fish strongly resists, and does not come to the surface. There is no need to rush here - the fishing line is thin, the spinning absorbs well - the gathering of fish is minimal, the main thing is to make sure that it does not catch on coastal bushes or snags under the shore. The fight was over after a couple of minutes. And now, a large male, in a landing net!

The account is open. As it turned out later, his weight was 1.6 kg.

I'm trying AYU 3.5g white-yellow. A couple of casts and a confident bite follows. Stubborn struggle, spinning well extinguishes jerks of fish, and, having raised it to the surface, we start it in a landing net. This is mommy, weighing more than a kilogram for sure.

Fishing has been going on for a couple of hours. We try different spinners Lucky John, we get bites on most of them.

There are already enough fish in the cage. Some spinners are “silent”, for example black with sparkles - they will probably “shoot” when the sun is shining brightly.

Trying to fish for "edible rubber" Lucky John. We put a novelty - Troutino 2.5'' Lime Chartreuse (071) colors with shrimp flavor. Fantasy bait - felts tadpole, roofing felts skatik with a thin and long tail. We attach a 3 g jig head, put the bait on it and make several casts. Eat! Another trout in the landing net. The bait works!

By noon, the bite almost completely subsides. We try to catch on various wobblers - there are no bites. Yet the best bait for this time are micro-vibrators. Trout most of the time is in the bottom zone - not all wobblers can be driven there, and their wiring will be fast enough. Trout don't like it now.

We are trying another novelty - Lucky John Rock Craw 2'' made of edible rubber. Green Pumpkin (PA 03) with natural crayfish flavor. We do not change the jig head. Already on the second cast, a bite follows. And what a! Having butted the bait, the trout repeats the attack, swallows the crayfish and makes a powerful jerk to the side. We send the next fish to the cage. It's already full.

The next bite, and the same triple bite. Powerful and so nice! And so exactly the same was repeated three times.

That's it, we caught fish, no more!

We're going home.

What would you like to conclude? Using a fishing line, rather thin - 0.18, we achieve the correct wiring of the bait - the lure in the water goes almost horizontally. With a braided line, a small lure in the water moves almost vertically, since even a thin braided line “floats” strongly in the water. The trout sees this well and does not react to the “wrong fish”. A good example: a nephew was fishing nearby. Hard spinning, braided cord and faster wiring. His catch is almost three times less, and there were fish gatherings. Single hooks constantly had to be bent, as a result they broke.

Single beardless hooks - you don’t need to be afraid of them, and even more so change them to tees. With a balanced tackle, there are almost no gatherings. I have not had a single gathering in all my fishing!

The weight of the spinner and the speed of the wiring must be selected empirically. If it doesn't work out, peep the wiring speed from more successful anglers. You can also see the color of the spinner and set yourself a similar one. When fishing with spinners, slow uniform wiring is more preferable - anglers even gave it a name - “a dying fisherman”.

I hope that I have described in detail the method of trout fishing in late autumn, and you will definitely use it.

Good luck fishing!

  • What to fish for trout in summer? Tackle, bait, bait

    In the hot summer months, when the water warms up well, the fish seek refuge at the bottom. And after sunset, the predator rises to the surface. Therefore, the best hours for fishing are evening, night and morning. During the day, you can do bait, if the trout has taken a fancy to one place, then it is guaranteed to return there. Therefore, it is important for the angler to find this "oasis" of feeding the flock.

    The Perfect Treat used as bait - red dung worm. If you are going to catch small individuals, you can plant not a whole worm - but a half. Beetle larvae and other meats are also suitable. Fun Fact: Trout are attracted to the smell of fish. She will gladly taste her own carcass, shrimp and even crab sticks.

    Fishing in the summer with a float rod will also bear fruit if there is a live fish as bait. Here bleak has proven itself. The requirement for a fishing rod is a long rod so that you can cast a hook with a fish far. The presence of a coil is a matter of taste. Summer fishing for spinning depends more on the chosen reservoir and the “game” technique. Each fisherman is looking for his bait. Usually this is either a wobbler or a spinner. The colors should be bright to attract the attention of the fish. Trout can attack aggressively, reacting to movement, or vice versa cautiously, “falling for” the shine of the bait.

    3 Ways: How to Improve Biting | Secrets of a Good Biting

    For 15 years of active fishing, I have found many ways to improve the bite, and here are the most effective ones:

    Biting activator. This pheromone additive lures fish the most in cold and warm water. The Fish Hungry bite activator proved to be excellent -

    Tackle with increased sensitivity. You should first familiarize yourself with the features of using a particular type.

    Pheromone Lures. They attract the attention of fish, stimulate hunger and cause a schooling reflex, which allows you to collect a lot of fish in one place.

    What else to focus on? To the depth of the reservoir. The higher the temperature outside, the lower the fish will sink. If spring is in the yard, the ice melts, the fish rises a little from the depth (about 5 meters). Of the best live baits remains. There is no universal recipe. Trout can bite on a hook with a falling bait or on a free-swimming technique.

    Fishermen also praise the sbirulino method. The lightest baits (microbladers, flies) will do. The technique is a symbiosis of fly fishing and spinning fishing. The highlight lies in the heavy float.

    Popular types of trout fishing. Tackle, equipment, fishing equipment

    I would like to mention trout paste. It is cheap, and you can cook it yourself. In the composition of the protein mixture + flavoring. The bait can sink or swim. If the fish is near the surface of the edge, a floating bait will do. Colors - bright yellow or carrot. Roll up the ball, put it on the hook, hiding the sting (you will have to give the mixture an oval shape). Tackle - bottom, There are two more types of fishing, recognized as effective. The first is trout fishing on a balancer. This well-known artificial bait is suitable for lovers of winter “hunting” for trout. You can buy Nils Master or Kamasan products. When the bait fades, it stops oscillating and the fish bites. And another type of fishing -. This is trout fishing with wood baits (). If you remove the exaggeration, then this is a class of wobblers. The differences are only in large size and the absence of blades. Technique - jerks and jerks.

    The most popular lures and lures for trout fishing

    Let's create the so-called Top - 5.

    Spoons(easy to fly and great to dive) for fast wiring when you need to actively use the elements of the game with bait. Choose a large size and colorful colors. We advise you to buy Daiwa Crusader or Forest Miu;
    Spinners (turntables). This is a universal look. The main quality is a stable game. It is better to purchase wide-leaf products. Acid-colored flies can be added. Try - Rublex Celta turbo;
    Wobblers. The standard copy is made in the form of a round fish. Stock up on sinking and floating structures. Wobblers are suitable for equipment - slow wiring (for passive trout). It can also be held in one place in the water column (this trick will not work with silicone, for example). Our choice - Zip Baits Rigge;
    Silicone. For example, worms. Interesting lure. Technique - jerk wiring. Also, athletes - fishermen use a passive method that imitates "floating food" as much as possible;
    Twisters, nymphs and crustaceans. Rubber lures. Twisters should be carried out evenly, you can sometimes “play” with the rod. But the last two copies are relevant for fishing when the fish is close to the surface of the water. They slowly sink and linger for a long time in the thickness.

    Analysis

    Wobblers are quoted in cold water (medium or long distance). Trout is inactive - use slow wiring. The spinner is ideal for a "live" game. And from the bottom it is better to fish with silicone.
